Min-Geun Park
Hello! I’m Min-Geun Park, currently a Ph.D. student in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where I am a member of the Human-Enabled Robotic Technology(HERO Lab) under the supervision of Dr. Ann Fey.
I received my M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechatronics and Control Systems, from the Advanced Intelligent Mechatronics Research Laboratory (AIMRL) at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I also completed my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
My research focuses on bimanual robotic systems, with an emphasis on teleoperation, shared autonomy, and human–robot interaction. I am particularly interested in real-time control, motion generation, and the integration of haptic feedback for coordinated manipulation.
Previously, I worked on the Magnetic Leadscrew (ML) project under the guidance of Dr. Kok-Meng Lee and mentorship of Dr. Wenjing Li, where I explored intelligent mechatronic systems and nonlinear dynamics.
Beyond academia, I enjoy developing mobile applications, as well as surfing and snowboarding.
